Skip button not yet implemented?

I noticed there is a skip button that doesn't do anything yet. It would be a great feature for when you finish a task early and want to skip ahead...

For better language support. By default, utf-8 encoding is used. Also using newer version of python-docx for compatibility issues with python 3.10+.
