why can't you just copy your torch folder to rvc? Can the old version find torch if you installed it via pip and it's in the C:\Users\Hayri\AppData\Local\Packages\PythonSoftwareFoundation.Python.3.13_qbz5n2kfra8p0\LocalCache\local-packages\Python313\site-packages?
