How could I stop the max guest calculations being run every 13 seconds as it overwrites the effects of the plugin? https://github.com/OpenRCT2/OpenRCT2/blob/4ccecd6e680727b46dc8001c778707a49960b831/src/openrct2/world/Park.cpp#L299C5-L312C6

Can you only edit the variable if it is not made readonly? Or can you edit the variable another way?

I have renamed `CalculateGuestCapArgs` to `ParkCalculateGuestCapArgs`

I have renamed the Hook name to `park.guest.softcap.calculate`

Do I need to do anything else for this PR to be merged?
