Hi, I'm interested in replicating the experiment with the provided PDBBind dataset; however, the data is no longer available through the given link. I tried to use the 2020 dataset from the official PDBBind website, but I run into some issue with the data format. Is there an alternative source with the processed data? Or perhaps some instruction on how to process the dataset to get the desired format? Thanks!
