I assume you're trying to recreate the pascal VOC training on your machine? You need to have the correct file structure, which is linking or directly placing the VOCdevkit folder...

Hey @rnsandeep, I'm trying to run the code on Mammogram images, which require high sensitivity to small objects, which is why I want the stride to be 2 if possible....
