Add colors to halfedge vert, delaunay triangle, and voronoi cell

• allow the incremental delaunay algorithm to keep colors of previous vertices when adding new ones.

• refactor (allow transformation to mesh to use the same mesh pointer)

• update to unity version 2019.4
