I used only abendigo too and i got VAC not overwatch but VAC. I know the difference between those 2 bans.

I think that is because the cheat is external but I wouldn't know that, I'm not an expert.

Probably and there was an small update probably nothing special.

I have the same issue, all default, windowed borderless and changed to magenta and it doesn't work.
