Installing on ROS Noetic

Greetings, I was wondering if it were possible to ask for a beginner-friendly guide to applying this PR and installing VINS-Mono on ROS Noetic. It would be much appreciated, thank you.

There exist ROS Noetic ports VINS-Fusion. Maybe one of thouse works for you: https://github.com/rkuo2000/VINS-Fusion/ https://github.com/guisoares9/VINS-Fusion https://github.com/rosblox/VINS-Fusion

I am using https://github.com/rosblox/VINS-Fusion, a fork of @guisoares9's repository to automatically build Docker images and run VINS-Fusion in ROS Noetic.
