Scale is too small

Hello I appreciate for you excellent work. I want to collect data with my Android smartphone and test the performance on VINS-mono. The frame rate is 30Hz and the IMU frequency is 50Hz and the 250Hz. In both condition the results can actually reflect the change of my trajectory. But the results' scales are both about half of the real trajectory. Could you please give me some advice? Thank you.

maybe you can refine the imu parameters..
