The MSCKF folder doesn't seem to play a role in the project

Your work is really amazing!! But the MSCKF folder seems to have no effect in the project，why there is a MSCKF folder here?

@wrmhehe Well, at the begining of this project, I want to try use MSCKF in D2VINS. But I give up this idea later... The folder hasn't been deleted.
