find solution for @lunatic-gh's [problem](https://github.com/H3rmt/hyprswitch/issues/20) to display GUI on one Monitor with all workspaces from all monitors

Fix selecting window in special workspace

hyprland only allows togglespecialworkspace, this causes some problems with --switch-ws-on-hover when the cursor enters/leaves the workspace Pane
