It failed because Hyprland wasn't running
You stopped Hyprland. Hyprshell couldn't interact with Hyprland any more. Hyprshell quickly restarts 5 times. You start Hyprland again. Hyprshell isn't allowed to restart for the next 600 seconds

uwsm will not tell systemd to stop hyprshell if you kill Hyprland and stop the hyprland service that was started when starting Hyprland (I think).
could you also include the output when run with `-vv`
should be fixed in `4.8.0`
