[Module Listing Request]: `nuxt-my-icons`

@danielroe I have updated the module to Nuxt 3.17.2 (and also made it minimum required version because of [this](https://github.com/nuxt/nuxt/issues/30575)). Fixed some bugs. It also works fine on my [site](https://omath.ru/article/combinatorics/preface)
