No. I already tried to run the launcher with and without administrator permissions. Tried to delete the folder and reconfigure with/without administrator mode but no success

 No success in the MinGW version

 Well, apparently, Prism Launcher is somehow no longer compatible with Windows 10. Installed a Windows 11 to go system on a USB hard drive and Prism Launcher...

 Installed OpenSSL and nothing happened, I even rebooted the PC, but the problem persists. The version you gave me throwed this error
