Version 13.9 breaks snap assist

I've just found out that the Windows optimizer breaks the snap assist on build 22621.1, when I try to disable the "Disable snap assist" funciton, I can't use the snap...

Error "ERROR：'NoneType' object has no attribute 'ask'" whenever I try to type something.

Unfortunately this started happening for a while already, even with cookies set. Probably a Bing's site update.

 I've logged inside https://chatgpt.com/ and followed your steps but it doesn't seem to detect the file, resulting it to switch to LiaoBots provider. Should I extract the .har file...
