Looking around at the forks, it seems like https://github.com/digitalocean/recws/commit/5de394a6a120803428f32a260480142a2971ec61 would solve the issue, if the connected channel was exposed in the `RecConn` struct.

Display fallback stream/image when main ingest disconnect?
