Thanks for the report. That model is "not watertight" and there are internal errors. Those errors can cause Cura to slice incorrectly and appears to be affecting the support infill....

You might have to move the model up a couple of mm's and allow support to build under those tips. I would suggest enabling the support brim at maybe 4mm...
