In XML, you can specify the order of child elements by using the [xs:sequence](http://www.w3schools.com/xml/el_sequence.asp). However, in JS Objects, except for arrays, the order of child elements is unordered by design....

Updates description of client_id to be consistent with latest functionality and consistent with API2 endpoint description.
