Can confirm. Is the content of the license somehow deviating from the standard GPLv3, or is GitHub just being dumb once again?

Would this create any legal loophole to allow proprietary projects to evade the GPL license? I know absolutely nothing about copyright laws.

An itsy bitsy change, I don't think this would break anything. I hope this PR of minimal effort does not seem distasteful.

@cbjeukendrup I still haven't been able to set my toolchain right. Do feel free to assign this to any contributor if they are interested. I hope I'll be more productive...
