I've noticed that. It's really strange when looking at it from 2 clients. Sometimes it reappears for the player that picked it up, sometime it's for the other players... Really...

Doesnt seems to be related to regions. The groundItems appears when the player gets in the region( or at least 60 tiles near the object).

Was lagging like that before the shops.

Edit: More than 1 ladder does that and someone mentioned that it have something to do with spamclicking the ladder!
