Connection rTorrent with HTTPRPC?

Please add feature for rTorrent connection with httprpc instead of connect to scgi port.

I just transferred (merge) data that was previously downloaded using another bittorrent client in Windows PC (QbitTorrent) to new system based on Linux OS (rTorrent 0.9.8 on Ubuntu 22.04 LTS)....

Hello, I want to ask, how to change last modified timestamp date formatting to `Y/m/d H:i:s` instead `d/m/Y h:i`?
