Hi! and thanks for reply. Tried that now and saw both "download complete" and checked the file was there or not. it was there. And still have the same error...
That didnt work but i've this dependency explorer which shows one module is missing, ext-ms-win-oobe-query-l1-1-0.dll , it might be a windows 10 thing.

@amakropoulos hey i found the issue. My path has a special character. Damn. its the ü in "masaüstü" in path.
