Adding a tooltip in diagram breaks converter

For terms like `bfo:3214214` it is helpful to add a tooltip in the draw.io diagram, unfortunately this breaks the conversion to turtle.

owl:propertyDisjointWith and owl:AllDisjointProperties for Object- and DataProperties missing.

I think this would be an easy extension of the owl:AllDifferent and owl:equivalentProperties elements.
