Can confirm this still happens with a basic create-react-app project on `yarn start`. `npm view create-react-app version` returns 4.0.0. Node 10.20.0, npm 6.14.0.

Horizonal overflow with drop

Bumping this; starting to use Drop and would love to use it more, but the _constrainToWindow_ only seems to work for vertical positioning; horizontal simply overflows.
