example.html doesn't work

In only one html file example.html there is no js integrated and when I'm trying to integrate it I can not make it work. I think it would be good...

Is it posible to turn of conversation of symbols to words in url? Like an example by default stringex is converting "."=>"dot", "/"=>"slash" and etc... Thank you!!

if `name` attribute is nil, stringex doesn't add "-:id" value to `url` field anymore

stringex leaves empty field for url if there is no name value provided. In versions before there was "-:id" value for `url` field, where name value was nil

padding is different for class="col-md-6" and class="col-md-6 col-xs-6". Why?

Why padding is different for class="col-md-6" and class="col-md-6 col-xs-6"? Thank you for such a nice framework!
