As mentionned [here](https://github.com/airsquared/blobsaver/issues/314#issuecomment-888427625), unplugging the iPhone when it's rebooting (after successfully retrieveing the APNonce), and plugging it back as soon as it's rebooted & unlocked, seems to work for me.
