Attention gate after upsampling

I implemented the architecture in the way it's described in the paper, so I'll try to create PR fixing that in my free time.

I've got this working by downgrading some packages if that's helpful for someone. I think it's mostly about spacy library, but I'm including full requirements if someone wants a reference....
