I have noticed this on my websites as well, but I did not knew it was bug.

There maybe more errors in Frontend submit form. I think this needs more investigation. I noticed with TinyMCE this buttons work, but I have not seen person who liked TinyMCE....

/components/com_content/tmpl/form here edit.php file there everything has own code which is responsible to display each part of submit form in that page and single line code which I mentioned above...
