Add failing e2e test for middleware + basePath + SSG index.

## Bug tests https://github.com/vercel/next.js/issues/41397 This PR adds a test for the linked issue. _NOTE:_ The test will only fail with `NEXT_TEST_MODE=deploy`.

Middleware + basePath + SSG index page data request returns HTML instead of JSON - page does not receive props.
