That is correct. I tried DXVK with D3D8, which was terrible. D3D8 on DXVK has much work to be done.
Same problem on the Zbtlink ZBT-WE3526 (IQ Router V3), which also has a MT7621.
This also happens in Doom 1 + Doom 2 enhanced and Quake enhanced. Gamescope version: 3.14.24-11
I have also had gamescope cut cursors short. Shadow Warrior 2013 (Linux version) also has this problem. Seems to me Gamescope has a cursor size limitation.
