Raised creatures from raise zombie/revanent ect... Disapear on travel

Looking into this some more I came across the comment in this post. [here](https://www.reddit.com/r/skyrim/comments/3fl4is/trouble_with_dead_thralls/) They travel like horses from my own testing when you fast travel the raise dead act...

Skeleton Mages from Ordinator do not cast spells

Small update to this problem the same exact skeleton mages same form id seem to be used in the Labyinthian dungeon.
