We don't have those 3rd party printers, so we can't test whether they still work other than trying to slice with them just in the interface. Stuff like the printer...

That latest version you're on, is that 2.1.2? If it isn't, the download instructions are instructing you wrong. You can get the latest version from [here](https://ultimaker.com/en/products/cura-software).
Perhaps we can help getting the printer definition transferred to Cura 2? It's going to need some testing from your end, though.
