Actually, I take it back. It does work with the default setting in my put.io account. I guess you could maybe close this one...

Looks like Google is getting rid of their url shortening service. Should probably remove this from the workflow. Kinda sad really...

I'm desperate for a favicon toolbar solution in Safari as well. I moved from chrome for all the reasons people mentioned above. Things like this are what make apple frustrating.
