"System.ArgumentOutOfRangeException: index is out of range." exception is raised while saving an item with ItemAttachment

The exception is because of response in 2013 schema like below: NoError this.Count will be 0 after read the first attachment element. Resolved by edit the ComplexPropertyCollection.cs, add "&& this.Count>0"...
