You'll need to add that file to the project yourself.

You need to download and add IOKit.tbd manually. It's readily available.

That is normal, you have to resign yalu once a week, the certificate for free Apple Developer accounts only lasts 7 days no matter what yalu version (Dark, Blue original)...
