TPM keybinding for installing plugins is not working.

### Issue When I run neither CLI: ``` tmux run-shell /opt/homebrew/opt/tpm/share/tpm/bindings/install_plugins ``` Nor ``` sh /opt/homebrew/opt/tpm/share/tpm/bindings/install_plugins ``` It returns the same: And of course Which did not show installed plugins...
