I found a great workaround on JupyterLab: Remap "Move Insert to Normal to Jupyter Command Mode" on JupyterLab's settings from Esc to Alt Esc or any other shortcut you'd like...

Screen capture widget overlay is incorrectly scaled and smaller than it should be in v13.1.0

I have the same problem as Spoffy. I'm on a single-monitor setup. What happened? I had to downgrade flameshot.
