Coin selection using more input than needed

I'd like to know why did electrum use two input while the smallest one was large enough. The transaction paid more than 60$ in fees, not really a good time...

Label clicking seems like it should do something but doesn't

 When mousing over the label changes colors and when clicking it stay solid. Nothing else happens. maybe it's meant to select all with the same label? I don't know

Suggest a valid 12th or 24th word.
