I found we are adding the `nowprocket` query string in the plugin: https://github.com/wp-media/wp-rocket/blob/develop/inc/Engine/Optimization/RUCSS/Frontend/APIClient.php#L28 I suppose we can add the `no_optimize ` at the same moment
