@goneall Just to clarify, [printRelationship](https://github.com/spdx/tools/blob/3df30cc2dbe1a033396c793aba79b31821860102/src/org/spdx/tag/CommonCode.java#L386) is the function being used to print all the relationships (including noassertions), and we need to change the output for relationships with id **noassertion**, correct?
