I found out, that using "npm install dalai" works for me without internet connection. Make sure, that you rename the files _llama.exe_ to _main.exe_ in the C:\Users\USERNAME\dalai\alpaca\build\Release ansd in C:\Users\USERNAME\dalai\llama\build\Release...
