The Governor has a nasty habbit of blowing past the 60/min RPC call limit.. please add a function too make it slow down.

Not compatible with libssl3?

After unpacking and running I get `No usable version of libssl was found Aborted` this is certera 2.1.5 on Ubuntu 22.04 with libssl3 3.0.2 installed.

how are you getting 443 from the api server?

I assume you're using an nginx reverse proxy... but i'm having issues deciphering how you have it set up... please advise.
