[Feature Request] Setting for Select Video Adapter

The detection of my Nvidia RTX 4070 GPU does not correctly work.

It shows a blank "GPU Name" in the overlay and I suspect it is showing stats for the integrated graphics for my Intel 13900K CPU.

Please allow us to select the video adapter in the Settings.
