Locations, locations!

Can we please have the options to have the settinbgs file somewhere a bit more appropriate than in the "Documents" folder? Somewhere in %appdata% would be infinite better.

The same thing for captures, some of us typically "syncs " our DOcuments folders real-time to either a cloud service or a server, it's not preferred to have such captures there. So a configurable option for captures location, please!
