Fatal Error on launch

When I start PresentMon, I have this error (as you can see, the message is very explicit :smile: ):

I have tried:

• Uninstall followed by reinstall
• Using the .msi and .exe installer
• Installing the 2.2 version
• Restarting the service
• Restarting the computer

I have also tried to get some logs (using step found here https://github.com/GameTechDev/PresentMon/issues/223#issuecomment-2061636285) but the log files are never created.

I have also verified that the service is running:

I do realise that it is probably not enough information, but I am not sure about what I can do to get more.

My config AMD Ryzen 5 9600X RTX 3070 Ti 32 GB DDR5 3000MHZ
