GPU power higher when PresentMon in overlay mode

I have an old PC with a 2080Ti I have an issue with the power consumption of my GPU It is difficult to explain so I will make an exemple: I play a game on my second monitor or my third one (TV), without PresentMon, my GPU uses 80W I activate PresentMon in overlay mode, my GPU now uses 140W ! I activate PresentMon in Windowed mode, my GPU uses 80W

So I use NVCleanstall to make a clean installation of my GPU driver I don't reboot my PC when installation finished Everything works fine, my GPU always uses 80W ;-)

I reboot my PC, and it is as before, 80W or 140W :-(

Any idea?
