Running a second instance of presentmon fails to render primary window

While I don't expect this to be a supported scenario, I found myself inadvertently launching a second instance of PresentMon

That second instance launches in an otherwise empty window

Expectation: PresentMon should not allow multiple instances and exit gracefully

Thank you for the feedback. Your assumption is correct that multiple instances of PresentMon is not currently a supported scenario. We will consider in the future checking for this state, preventing it and providing feedback to the user.
