PresentMon`s overlay in DX11/10 games with legacy exclusive full screen mode (latest Win10)

Hi. So far I managed to see overlay in DX12 games and in older DX games with enabled full screen optimization. If I disable full screen optimization for the game (to work in legacy exclusive screen mode) then overlay is not visible in game.

CPU - Intel i9-10920X GPU - NVIDIA RTX 4070

PS I flicked through issues here but failed to find related ones.
