Can't open Pixel Format TF_R9G9B9E5_FLOAT / Float format DDS's

The image keeps corrupting everytime I load it in to photoshop

ISPC Texture Compressor only supports R16G16B16A16_FLOAT for HDR formats and does not support R9G9B9E5_FLOAT.
