Added option for signed or unsigned BC5 formats

Does this work with the normalize and flip x,y operations that are implemented? And there is also a mipmap rectification operation going on where the mipmaps of a normal map are normalized. Can you verify this.

Sorry, I did test those bit thoroughly enough to comment, and unfortunately I do not have access to photoshop and those who do have gone home for the weekend. I will make sure to check them on Monday/Tuesday.

However I will say I was very careful to check all bits of code that referenced "BC5" and "NORMALMAP", also the conversion to a signed format actually happens within the compression algorithm, and so the input is unchanged.

Apologies for the delay, but I have now got one my artists to run a number of tests and I can say that the functions you mentioned still work as expected.
